Well to be honest its really not that exciting. I think if it was bring your child to work day, well our office would be on the bottom of the barrel for excitement. Here is the basics of how it works. We have partnered with the 3 credit bureaus TransUnion, Experian, and Equifax. Our system scans each of your credit reports everyday. When a change happens on your credit reports, our services is activated and sends you out a notice.
Many things can trigger an alert, a change in your address, and change in you employment, a change an existing credit account, if a new account is opened, a new inquiry is posted on your credit reports, these are the types of things that will send an alert to you.
In addition, we have many tools that we are constantly working on to provide you a better service. Some of these are the credit trending tool, it will tell show you over time you available credit, and how you are using it.
So until we can get the kinks worked out on our elite ninja protection force, this is how our credit monitoring services work.
